This notice explains how the Airhomes website handles information when you browse properties, check dates, follow a service link or contact us by email. Airhomes is operated by EASYCOZY LIMITED.
Website hosting and language preference
The website is hosted by Vercel, which may process standard request, network and device information when serving the site. A functional airhomes_locale cookie remembers your language for one year; it is not used for advertising, cross-site tracking or behavioural analytics. Airhomes currently installs no advertising or third-party analytics scripts.
Browser-based address suggestions and preliminary assessment
The owner pages use an Airhomes-maintained New Zealand locality list and do not send the address you type to a third-party address service. The address, property context and operating assumptions stay in the current browser page to create a preliminary planning scenario. They are not submitted or stored by the website unless you choose to open and send the prepared email. The result is not a valuation, live market forecast, income guarantee or formal proposal.
Email enquiries and secure booking services
The owner pages prepare the details and preliminary assessment in your browser until you choose to open and send them through your own email application; the website does not submit those fields automatically. If you send the message, your email provider and Airhomes' email service process it. Stay payment is completed through the linked secure booking service, and this website does not collect or store payment-card details. Do not send access codes, guest details, payment information or other sensitive information by ordinary email. Privacy questions can be sent to support@airhomes.co.nz.
Property-potential planning tool
The property-potential check runs in your browser. The address, property settings, financial assumptions and result are not placed in the page URL, cookies, local storage, analytics events or GitHub, and are not automatically sent to Airhomes merely because the basic scenario is completed.
Owner enquiries and detailed property assessments
The default email-first enquiry form prepares the name, email, mobile, preferred contact method, suitable contact time, property context, objective and two separate permissions in the browser. Nothing leaves the page until you choose to open your email application and send the message. The website does not automatically upload those fields or place them in the URL, local storage, analytics events, GitHub or public logs. A structured assessment form appears only after complete server-side delivery, prospect confirmation, consent records and global rate limiting are configured. General owner-marketing permission is separate, optional and unticked by default. Server-submitted unqualified enquiries are scheduled for deletion within 90 days unless an active relationship or legal obligation requires longer retention.
