Bookings, preliminary assessments and enquiries
This website does not take stay payment. The secure booking page linked from each stay shows the live availability, complete price, charges, cancellation policy, house rules and other terms that apply before payment. Address suggestions, planning scenarios and preliminary assessments on the owner pages are for general conversation preparation only and are not a valuation, live market forecast, income guarantee, formal proposal, contract, acquisition offer, funding commitment or exclusivity arrangement. A prepared email opens in your own email application only when you choose and is not sent automatically by the website.
Property-potential scenarios
The property-potential tool creates an initial planning range only from the assumptions you provide and can edit on the page. It is not a property valuation, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice, a formal market forecast based on live comparable listings, an Airhomes quote or management agreement, or an income or occupancy guarantee. Actual outcomes depend on lawful use, property condition, location, demand, pricing, owner use, operating costs and other factors. Management scope, fees and responsibilities are governed only by a signed written agreement.
Property enquiries and assessment requests
Completing the email-first enquiry form creates reviewable email content in your browser; Airhomes receives the details only if you choose to send the message through your email application. Opening or sending that email asks Airhomes to contact you about the property and does not create a management agreement, valuation, quote, income commitment, exclusivity arrangement or obligation. General owner-marketing permission is separate and optional; leaving it unticked does not prevent Airhomes from responding to the requested property enquiry. The structured form appears only after server-side delivery, prospect confirmation, consent records and global rate limiting are all configured. A structured submission is shown as successful only when the downstream service accepts it and queues the prospect confirmation; otherwise the website reports that it was not delivered.
